The students
will continue collecting and displaying data.
They will understand that picture and bar graphs are vertical
representations of tape diagrams, and apply skip counting and multiplication
strategies to analyze them. The students
will solve one- and two-step problems.
They will learn that intervals do not have to be whole numbers, but can
also have fractional values that facilitate recording measurement data.
Science:
This week in
science, we will continue our discussions on plant parts and functions and role
of parts of plants.
